You don’t need to learn new info. You need to learn how to state whatever you already understand clearly.

I tell people this all the time. You don't understand in depth what you think you do until you can articulate it in more than one way. Taking time to do that helps you find your blind spots in your understanding of the world, helps you learn and grow and helps you help others. This is about the only good use in arguing with people online, but ego must be abandoned in that endeavor to get the best out of it.
