Lots of depreciating status symbols (other than the vineyard perhaps, if it is going to stewarded over many decades) and ostentatious displays of riches (ain’t sure if it’ll last as wealth).

The watch cost less than $150k and is worth more than his Bugatti Veyron, which is also worth nearly 50% more than what he paid.

Normally luxury goes are frivolous expenditures, but not always. He plays this game different than other people who just see shiny objects and want to acquire them.
