Didn’t they revise the bill and take the “No anonymous transactions under $1k”out of it?

That, and it's not even a bill yet, it's a proposal for a new regulation that won't go into effect for another 3 years after approval by the Council. To be clear, it's far from approval and these things are rarely approved unaltered. Also, this regulation doesn't even apply to individuals, but is aimed towards financial service companies.

But apparently the Sessions new motto is:

"trust, don't verify" 🤔

Don't fall for the misinfo Ben. This concerns a *proposal* for a law, that only addresses CASPs (Crypto Asset Service Providers), not individuals, and would come into effect earliest in 2027 if approved by Parliament and Council unaltered today. Hint: it won't

Even if so, how in the world would they ever enforce this?

They won't need to, because no such law exists
