Make sure you know the law in regards to renters rights. Make sure the raise in rent is legal, for instance where I live you can only raise rent 3% per year max. I have no idea where you live or the laws but make sure you know them and know them well, what the landlord is trying to do could be illegal. You also might be entitled to be given more than a months notice. It’s actually harder than most ppl might think to evict a tenant legally, again depending on where you live. Good luck don’t give up.

I love you brother just my brothers and his mates ave been in my ear all day sir I believe you and the power of Nostr looks to have save you dont fall out with me my friend I was going to send you a bank transfer of 5k euro to help you out that's when my brother start showing me Indian scamners but I said it's not J hes gentle kind and caring my best friend on here.
