Brasil is ONLY Lusofonia country with clear legal law on digital assets so far - closet is Island of Madeira (pardon mybad Portuguesa)

may be Angola, Cape Verde, Guinea-Bissau, Mozambique, São Tomé and Príncipe will take interest soon

Law No. 14,478, defined as the Legal Framework for Virtual Assets in Brazil (Cryptoassets Act). The new text entered into force on 20 June 2023.

February 2023, Banco do Brasil announced that taxes can be paid with cryptocurrencies through the platform of a startup in partnership with the bank.
