With Bisq you get directly on-chain.
If you use Robosats, you can buy btc via lightning, which is more anonym. Also you can buy there on chain if you will.
Then you need to off-ramp it to cold storage somehow.
I am trying to map out different strategies to fit different needs.
And for that I was looking for off-ramping strategies to cold storage.
