PayPal really is a dirty company, they keep trying to charge me $99 and $199 payments for no reason, luckily I have now blocked them.

No joke, 22 attempts in the last couple days, I didn't sign up for any subscriptions with them and I don't owe them any money this is ridiculous

i used them back in the day. after they ripped me off for the 3rd time, i wouldn't touch them with a 10 ft pole

Yeah, they don't let you remove all your cards either so I just left one that I don't use anymore and has no money attached to it, so they keep getting declined. In my PayPal account they won't even say what it's for.
