I’ve debated if an outdoor brick oven was a necessity for a home I buy in the future. Can’t find anyone who would agree though

Of course it's a necessity! But it's not necessary that it exist before you buy it; you can always build one.

What kinds of things are you looking to cook? Ceramic grills are also a lot of fun and definitely easier to install!

Yup, true.

My preferred reheat method is to recrisp the crust slightly on a cast iron on stovetop and then put the whole thing in the oven! You might need to play with how long you go on the stove top but it ends up being way better than just the oven!
