If you are using a mac you can convert it. Right click, quick actions. If you have an older machine you may have to google how to set it up the first time, newer ones it is already built in. WTF they use that shit though IDK! It doesn't even save file size so what the actual fuck.

You can also open it in image viewer & „save as…“ then choose a different format.
