After getting rid of Facebook and X from my phone for a week I have:

- got more work done

- finished prepping for my classes early

- finished 2 books

- wrote a bit more

- got a bit more translation finished than usual

- talked with more people

I don't know if I feel more focused but I realized just how much time and mental energy I sank into those vacuum over the years.
