Walking around Uvita, Costa Rica and perusing the Bitcoin Marketplace at the Bitcoin Freedom Festival, buying goods with #bitcoin over the Lightning network from sats that reside on my node back home in the USA just feels magical.
Partaking in a circular bitcoin economy is fairly unique and many will struggle to understand it without being on Nostr and experiencing all of the action first hand. I'm able to help #grownostr and community build and receive Zaps for my content and efforts here on Nostr thanks to all of you. Now, I'm using those value for value acquired sats to buy food, drinks, clothing, and other goods from local vendors down here at nostr:npub14f26g7dddy6dpltc70da3pg4e5w2p4apzzqjuugnsr2ema6e3y6s2xv7lu in Costa Rica. Again, this all feels magical and exciting.
