60h is too long ?
60h for me seems good, im even thinking to add 2 or 4 hours or take last meal earlier, gone stick with 2.5 days fast per week or so for a while
I didnt drink enough, I only took like 3.5 liter water in over 60h, next time should be 5 liter over 60h
for now, Im gone focus on (de)hydratation and if different waters make a difference, at the moment Im testing with water (pH 6,6 high bicarbonates 4300mg/l and 1700mg/l sodium)
Im looking for extra 'natural' hand- and lip hydratation
