Is there an establish mechanism for converting credit card payments directly to bitcoin?

I’m envisioning a cash on delivery payment practice for physicians where patients pay at the time of the visit.

Most (elderly) patients will not have access to bitcoin but will have credit cards.

Is there a company that provides a device that converts credit card payments directly to bitcoin for the accepting physician?

Credit cards, debit cards, and any card with mastercard/visa logo have their payments with up to a 90day chargeback period generally. That means if an elderly person paid $200 for a health visit with crefit card, then disputed the charge (reversed it) and the worker/doctor was already given (real) bitcoin by the service/converter, that service will go bankrupt unless if they charge high fees/rates.
