It was incredible to meet @peteevanschefx in Vegas at the Bitcoin Conference.

Pete’s a legend in the real food and wellness space across Australasia way before it was cool.

He stood strong through a storm of mainstream criticism and out right fake news. Speaking out with courage and conviction when few would. They tried to cancel him, but it only made us respect him more.

To me, the Bitcoin and health movements are deeply connected both are about reclaiming personal responsibility, thinking critically and choosing a path to live long, healthy and sovereign lives.

He spoke at the conference on a panel called Proof of Steak: Food systems, Diet & Bitcoin.

As a mother it fills me with joy to see panels such as this. Bringing awareness to the importance of real food, how it affects everything in our lives and giving people the tools to make the right decisions for themselves and their families.
