You know what definitely won't help? Doing nothing.

You can try to stop the bleeding. You can ask for doctors or nurses that may be in the immediate area. You can call emergency services. You can simply be there for the person.

What you don't do if you have a functioning heart is to pretend nothing happened while someone else bleeds to death.

Those people are savages, nothing less.
