I'm experimenting with different feed algorithms and don't have much front end experience. If I have an ordering of events, what is the easiest way to get a scrollable interface so I can visualize it? Do any clients allow you to inject a custom feed? #nostrdesign

He wants custom feeds inserted into clients. Sounds like a job for data vending machines because you want users to retain control over their filtering and sorting.
