Not sure. It’s all about Apple’s rules and how the purchase is treated under their terms. Perhaps with Nostr apps Apple views it as a “purchase of content” since that is how content is monetized/sold/tipped on Nostr, but on those other apps it falls into a different category of purchase? 🤷‍♂️ Not sure.
