The Nexus 7 (2) was the best damn tablet I have ever owned. The form factor was perfect at 7 inches, fitting beautifully in your hand, and perfectly balanced, as all things should be. I miss it.

Twas a good one

I still have my neoprene sleeve for it, for some reason, even though that table has long been gone. I really need to clean out my junk tech cabinet/drawer/box.

I hear ya, mine fills up at least once a year. The shield tablet wasn't bad at the time either. Maybe with the new pixel tablets we get a resurgence of good android tablets. iPads been dominating that sector.

7 inches fits perfectly in your hand eh

I'm used to an 8, so a 7 is easier to handle.

If you still have it, it works just great with the Lineage ROM. Everything looks just like the latest Android. Very quick little device.

It's long gone or I would find a use for it. I think I had sold it after a couple years and used some of the funds for a Chromebook.

Amazing little tablet. Mine got stolen quite some time ago. Thinking about a replacement ever since, what's the go-to Android Tablet this days?

I would probably buy what the latest Pixel tablet is from Google.

I've been serially considering the Galaxy Tab Ultra as a laptop replacement when in next die for an upgrade. It's weird, but my top-of-the-line XPS 15 from 2017 is starting to really show its age.

Twas a beaut

Same here!

It died while running RetroArch emulating Double Dragon II Arcade version.

Some flipflops on the internal flash were screwed and I couldn't boot ROMs anymore. πŸ™

oh man. what a way to go!
