some yes, like GoToSocial, regular Pleroma, Mastodon. I don’t think I’d be interested in hosting Peertube and maybe by extension Pixelfed as well simply because Peertube it self is very resource intensive, especially for transcoding and file storage and streaming. we would not be positioned well to offer a performant solution for that in a reasonable price range at all.
