In case anyone is wondering, as I was, setting up an account on @wavlake is just like setting one up on nostr, and requires *only* a username! 🙌

You then receive your nsec (Private key), which you can secure right away, or later.

In order to secure it right away (since as with nostr, if you lost your phone and didn’t have your Private key backed up you would lose access to your account *forever*), you can email it to yourself *if* you have an encrypted email such as Protonmail or Tutanota.

(Note: NEVER email a bitcoin private key/seed phrase to yourself, even over encrypted channels. ALWAYS keep it backed up and secured *offline*)
