Can the phone always have Phoenix up? Or always when people are checking out?

You don't have to have Phoenix up and running on your phone in the foreground to receive funds.
Not the question though.
Diffusion and accuracy are not quite synonymous.
The app does have to be internet connected though, I don’t know exactly when the OS will wake it.
