Someone prone to anxiety, depression, ocd - any clinical neuro differentiator - has likely had a clinician tell them (and/or their lived experience affirms) caffeine is nearly equally harmful/poison to the system. I get massive headaches, brain fog, can’t sleep, say things I wouldn’t otherwise, change eating habits - list goes on and on if I’ve had too much caffeine.
