My unsolicited advise: don’t get bogged down in the noise. The wars that you have nothing to do with. The protocol uses that are outside of your control. The fiat ponzi that none of us condone. The opinions and cheap words of internet strangers. Public policy made by political-minded sociopaths.

All of it is outside your dichotomy of control. Think critically, focus on doing things that make you happy, better, stronger and healthier. That’s how you win everyday. The noise is just soul-sucking distractions that block personal improvement.
