Well every btc wallet I used had fee suggestions as well as manual fee setting. You look up avg fees on mempool.space and experiment from there, have fun
Network fees are dependant on the transactions waiting to be added to a block. Not dependant on the wallet.
You can see the current fees on the mempool website. High priority fee should put the transaction in the next block, medium between 1-2 next blocks and low between 2-3 blocks. (It’s an approximation)
