Have there been any updates on how to rid of spam?
I can’t enjoy my feed because it is filled with garbage from people I don’t follow.
unfollow all hashtags

Check the hash tags in the unwanted notes.
Unfollow them.
The only hashtag I was following was Bitcoin, unfollowed
The spam will now disappear
