The idea of a Bitcoin influencer is hilarious, because they live in echo chambers, don't mind walled gardens, and preach to the converted, simply looking to monetize other people's work for their gain. The real influencers get beyond Twitter, outside the echo chamber, don't maximize their own brand, are the change they want to see -- and ultimately add value and succeed. Funny how Nostr repels the former, and attracts the latter.
