If you own a home, the price is fixed by a mortgage (won't go up). If you rent, there's no clear line between tariffs and rent increases.
We don't need to import oil (gas won't go up, same for power).
Food has been going up because Biden killed the chickens and because of money printing (but since it doesn't come from Canada or Mexico, it won't continue to go up).
Not clear why Internet would go up.
Not clear why school would go up.
America becomes resource independent again. We won't be harmed economically in a meaningful way.
