Been playing “Don’t give a shit roulette” with my new ISP Gigaclear.
They came to install fibre on the 30th June, realised they hadn’t setup their end, so promised to have it working within 45 days.
I can’t be bothered chasing and they don’t give a shit either 😂
I always stick with who owns the line and workmen.
Gigaclear seem to outsource everything.
The roads were dug up by one contractor, the fibre was delivered to the edge of the property by a second contractor, a third ran the line to the edge of the house and a fourth did a home visit to install the fibre box and router inside.
A human from head office seems to phone to leave messages every now and again and nobody cares 😂
That seems sustainable! LOL
Sustainability is one of the KPI's they claim to meet in their 2,000 page sustainability report that they print for every new customer 😂
