Today I cried inside the office instead of waiting to get home. I'm not hiding it anymore.

Sorry to hear it. But if I am to give my 1 pence. If you do not play their game then what does that hold for you?

If you stay, can you keep it together? Meaning would you join or would you stand up for your voice or can you afford to leave and change job?

I've been in the same shoe. I tried to make it worked but it was mentally and emotionally draining. So I left. I am aware not everyone can. But in order to stand up for yourself, as Jordan Peterson would put it - "get your act together" - so I did. I never turned my back again from the sh*t-show!

I don't participate in it, there is nothing I can do. They just keep doing it in such a clever way that I can't even say anything because then I look like a weirdo. The bright side is at least I know they are going to do it. I have to deal with it, because of bills. I could find a new job, but they all know each other around here so it will just transfer. I am kind of in-between a rock and hard place, you know?

I really have no choice but to deal with it. I was going to leave to cry, but said f it, I have work to do, sat there cried and did my spreadsheets.
