this app does not hace trackers which is good but it does require permission to view network connections, have full network access... Blind trust by users is required. It is FOSS which is good, but that is not a perfect shield for bad actors
### FUTO Voice Input Speech-to-Text Android Keyboard

Did you know Google's voice to text app records and saves everything you say into it . . . forever? Yikes! No thanks.
Fear no more. Louis Rossman, and the FUTO organization he works for, have finally released their voice recognition app for Android phones.
The app is called Voice Input. It is based on OpenAI Whisper, which is really good. This means it does capitalization, punctuation, & works better than Google's offline version
This is the solution we've been waiting for! No Internet access needed. It's all done locally on your phone
The Voice Input app is open-source, but it's not FOSS, and has a very, very limiting license
