Is this a pattern? US intervenes in other countries, create death & destruction, under one administration. Extract what they can. Change administration, wash hands of the mess & move onto the next victim. Repeat & rinse.

Since these trillions have a very negative effect on other countries, that is all it is. USA citizens money are used to extract benefits from other countries for the oligarchs.
