he was playing on the sidewalk during a family gathering and ran to the street to get a ball. the problem in stl is that people will go 70-80mph on residential streets, with huge lifted trucks and low visibility. kids shouldn’t be afraid to play outside due to speeding cars it’s awful
70-80!?!? That's completely unacceptable. And yeah it seems that's how it always goes, the kid runs out for a toy, so sad.
