what's everybody's take on Vultr for cloud compute hosting?

They apparently came out with ToS thar lets them own everything you create, etc but I haven't verified this myself just read in news.
the stuff i would potentially put on there would be BSD Zero Clause License which is basically public domain, so i'm not worried about ownership or even attribution -- but i'm guessing these terms are probably the same across all cloud hosting platforms.. ..if i had better internet service, i would just run my own physical server
