Nostr has a self censor issue the same as all other social media platforms. Even though this is the platform of no censorship, people will self censor their speech. Me included. Ironic don't you think?

Would you be willing to share what is holding you back from sharing your true thoughts? Not asking about the topic or the issues that you’re self censoring. More curious about what is the perceived risk that’s holding you back.
I wouldnt say holding me back. I think some of the reason I self censor is because i cant keep up with replies that the post will receive. Already get hated on for some of my opinions. I guess I wonder if some of that hate could come from a relay operator. Relay operators are the biggest privacy issue I think. The meta data they gather can say a lot. Im imagining an angry relay operator posting IP address and other meta data doxxing indivduals.
Thank you. Relay operators do have that ability. That’s food for thought. Tor can solve this but I doubt it would scale with a wildly successful social media protocol
