i am moving on from the milk diet thing now
the reason being that the only milk i can get is ultrapasteurised and this does damage to the proteins which i am now convinced continue to retard my recovery of my health
the thing that really made it clear was noticing how big the difference was between the quality of yogurt made from pasteurised vs UHT milk, it's noticably lower quality and ferments less
and i have also discovered that i have been chronically dehydrated... fixing this problem up has dramatically improved my vision and muscle strength
the key new thing in my diet now is cacao butter, which is definitely doing a job on all these nasty symptoms - i suppose it's especially helping repair my nerves, because the problem i have is in the nerves primarily, and partially also in the immune system
i lost literally decades of my life to these toxic foods, the seed oils, the GMO grains
there has GOT to be a reckoning on all this stuff, the scale of mass soft-kill that has been going on in the last 50 years is incredible, i mean, stalin, mao and hitler combined don't touch the level of suffering that has been caused by sheer man-hours of sickness
