When I translate that it says cheese. Looks like bacon. What ever it is it looks great
Cheesy egg noodle. Hoping that’s some fried onions but bacon would work too.
Bacon is an interesting thought.
spätzle are a traditional kind of noodles with cheese. I guess you could call them European Macs with cheese, lol. On the top that's fried onions as J said. The cheese is usually of the stinky kind. Something like a "Spitzbub" for example. Very savoury.
