Taxes are especially imoral if you can't have any control over them.

In Switzerland they've solved that to a degree with referendums every 3 months at all levels (People's Veto, etc). That's already some definition and we could go even further with the Blockchain providing a very detailed perspective on what we'd like to do build or not.
