Yeah, I mean don't get me wrong I hate all states but let's be honest states are an extension of The People/Nation at hand.

States histrocially existed as tool to maintain social order for the Nation, however the modern democratic state removes that as its no longer obligated to the nation but rather voters, or corporations, etc., the vote is what matters, in The United States, Democracy has failed because The United States is multiple nations conflicting for power, and control, The African Nation, The Asian Nation, The Hispanic Nation, The White Nation, etc.

The parties are representing of The Founding stock (Europeans), and Foreign Minorities who simply live in The United States, that being said as Hispanics become more integrated into American society they have become more republican because now they have a stake in The Nation.

Now, one can argue for individualism, and perhaps there's a real possibility for a nation of individuals to exist but there has to be a coherent unifying culture, the United States has no unifying culture that addresses this divide.

Until then every group is simply looking out for its own best interest, and will extract, manipulate, and control other groups to their advantage.

So you admit that the Israeli government is illegitimate, as it does not have a cohesive culture and has parties fighting for different privileges at each other's expense, and would be better off more decentralized.

All states are illegitimate, however in the realm, or function of The State paradigm, I view The Israel claimant as greater, as it was Israel's historical Homeland, and Jews lived there even through the Disapora.

Now, you can make the squatters argument with Palestine, or might makes right, etc.

But overall The Canananites have the true claim to the land but they kind of got wiped out :/ so I guess then that claim would resort to the second claimant which is Israel.

Even if we make the might makes right argument then Israel has proven that with The Six Day war.

Only argument for Palestine is that they lived there while Jews were still in Disapora but again some Jews also lived there too, so :/
