I see alot a folks do that with the mayo...but WHY 😶
Mayo on fries is very popular in Europe especially France and Belgium. It's better than ketchup... Also if you go to Freddy's here they have Freddy's fry dipping sauce it's mayo based. The waffle fries at cfa are great for holding loads of mayo. That's why I like them so much.
