I also work for a company that supports shitcoins. I work exclusively on Bitcoin (and some general operational stuff).

I think the best we can do is try to show colleagues/leadership the value of focusing on Bitcoin, and hope they come around after bleeding enough resources into vaporware fantasy coins.
