At these prices, probably not. Alhough I specifically wanted an oled monitor for movies/anime, so you might be able to get a decent 4k ips reasonably priced. Mind you I haven't played vidya for over a decade, so my knowledge is just based off of the past few days of research.

All ik is the higher number of Hz, the better the refresh rate and you'll get more use out of the higher fps. Also OLED is gud. You tend to get higher peak brightness out of them compared to others. Watch out for dimming zones.
