Good thing states are flexing their muscles these days. Hope you're in a good one.
Illegal and unconstitutional, in my opinion. If martial law is ever declared consider the U.S. government ended. At that point, it's just the naked, raw use of power, though they will likely continue their pretense of legitimacy. People should stop complying with it at that point, in my opinion.
