It has a local db! One of the few mobile clients with one. You can see the power of having a database in nostur, which is also why I’ve been working on this in damus.
What are the specific effects of handling it this way? Speed, data analysis?

I’d guess it means you don’t need to query the relays for everything if you store certain stuff locally.
Drawbacks?
