The communists and socialists use our freedom against us. If we infringe upon those freedoms, we loose the whole reason we fight them. They still win. We must think outside the box.

My thoughts on the matter of freedom. Limits on Government added to the Constitution.

1, Outlaw every tenet of communism and socialism with life in prison or death for violations.

2, The constitution is inviolable.

3, Any member of any branch of government that steps outside their constitutional authority is to be imprisoned for not less that 10 years.

4, Anyone charged with any crime and found not guilty, those who brought the charges are to be imprisoned on the same penalty the one accused would have suffered if found guilty.

Applies to but court and the public arena.

5, No crime exists if there is not a loss or injury to a victim. Government can never be a victim.

6, Government members have no more and no less rights and privileges as the citizen.

7, Citizen's property is inviolable. Government may never confiscate any citizens property.

This includes but not limited to, land, home, vehicles, documents, money in any form, salary, income, etc...

8, Government members found guilty of corruption will be imprisoned for not less than natural life.

9, Government members elected or not may not receive more compensation that the median income of those they represent. All terms of iffice and appointments to be limited to one term. No retirement compensation allowed.

10, All Government revenue is limited to importation tarrifs level against foreign nations.

11, All schools will be funded as a private entity and by those who attend the school.

12, Biological sex is inviolable.

13, No physical thing is illegal in itself.
