I think they may have just "transferred" some they already 'owned' (but was likely being custodied by a 3rd party)... which raises the obvious question: how much more do they 'own' that isn't yet officially reported as part of their strategic reserve.
It’s the only thing that makes sense.
Max must have some really good stories to tell that he just can’t right now.
The pressure the IMF exerts to get their way must be intense.
I’d tread carefully if I were them on calling these buys the “Saylor glitch”. Don’t poke the bear. Just do it & remain silent about the bigger play.
