One thing I love about having left the US is not having to stress out about crippling medical bills and struggling to get insurance companies to pay for my health care. The NZ system isn’t perfect but it works a hell of a lot better than the American system.

That's a cheap ambulance bill.

I just had an urgent care and emergency room visit for my littlest one. The bill is coming in the mail soon and my financials are about to get wrecked and I have insurance. The American system is ROUGH!

Yeah, freebies that other people pay for sure is nice. Best part of a fiat system, making other people pay for things!
