A question to more knowledgeable #cypherpunks on #plebstr

Does it make sense to have a way to encrypt communication in plain sight by using dictionaries that would make a public note, saying for example:

“Yesterday was a good day!

After I got nice croissant for breakfast, I drove to the office and took care of 45 emails just before noon.”

To be translated into something completely different, for example:

“Next month the army is about to deploy 4500 troops on the streets of Paris”
