Hard reality; we are fallen creatures, not gods. Simply by being given any space and freedom from God whatsoever caused us to fall from grace.

Genesis 6:5: "The Lord saw how great the wickedness of the human race had become on the earth, and that every inclination of the thoughts of the human heart was only evil all the time."

Jeremiah 17:9: "The heart is deceitful above all things and beyond cure. Who can understand it?"

Romans 3:10-12: "As it is written: 'There is no one righteous, not even one; there is no one who understands; there is no one who seeks God.'"

Ephesians 2:1-3: "As for you, you were dead in your transgressions and sins, in which you used to live when you followed the ways of this world..."

Romans 8:7-8: "The mind governed by the flesh is hostile to God; it does not submit to God’s law, nor can it do so. Those who are in the realm of the flesh cannot please God."

"How well we know what a profitable superstition this fable of Christ has been for us." -Pope Leo X (1513-1521)

This made me go and do some reading on this one. It doesn't hold the punch you make it seem like it does when you read about him lol

Nah, it's fake doomer doctine that inevitably leads to the corruption of the heart and soul in the passages you're listing. Humans are corruptable, but their innate nature is goodness just like everything else in God's creation. It's very ungrateful to your Creator to beleive otherwise.

There's nothing good in you.

Yeah, I figured you'd say that. Comes from a heart that sees God through abigous contradictions

עשה שלום ובורא רע

Reconciliation becomes pretty meaningless amidst this dogma.
