More about caffeine. I think this was the episode.
- caffeine only 1-1.5h after getting up. If too early, it effects negatively your sleep/awake rhythm
- not later then 4-5PM, as it effects sleep structure, even though you think you don’t feel it.
- 2-3 cups a day not negative
Thats my major take-aways. Pls add to it 🙏🏽
