Refusing to spend Bitcoin is foolish high time preference thinking. You can always trade some privacy to use a KYC service like nostr:npub1ex7mdykw786qxvmtuls208uyxmn0hse95rfwsarvfde5yg6wy7jq6qvyt9 and never touch your stack. Not like you have privacy when paying with fiat anyway.

How do you expect Bitcoin to be global money if even you yourself won't use it as such?

Respectfully asking; wouldn’t paying with cash be more private than any kyc service?

I always view cash as a viable option. Cash spent locally is usually pretty private depending on exactly where and how. If it's somewhere that has other “subtle” KYC such as a rewards program or email list and you give them “my-real-name-here@gmail.com” you're still highly monitored even when paying in cash.
